Kitty has represented injured workers in legal proceedings since the day she was sworn in before the Supreme Court of Ohio to practice law in 2010. Recognized by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Certified Specialist in workers' compensation, Kitty blends her legal expertise with her working-class background. As a former injured worker herself, Kitty has first-hand knowledge of the frustration that the system can create. Her approach is efficient but aggressive when necessary. Kitty has tried many cases before Judges and Juries in Ohio Courts. In addition, she is a leader in local and statewide bar associations. Kitty is licensed before the State of Ohio (2010), the United States District Court Southern District of Ohio (2011), and the Supreme Court of the United States of America (2019).
